About the Teacher
Why study with them?
My journey to leading retreats began with burnout and a need for fresh perspective. A trip to Iceland to see the Northern Lights marked my first step. After hours in the cold, I witnessed a spectacular show, feeling accomplished and empowered. This experience, along with my daily commitment to pushing through discomfort – like rising really early for workouts daily – has shaped my resilience.
This led to a solo trip to Zambia, where Victoria Falls' rainbows felt like a sign of life's possibilities. Traveling through several African countries taught me adaptability, skills that apply to all areas of life. Hearing women express wishes to travel like me inspired me to help make it happen. I realized travel isn't just about seeing new places—it's a powerful way to develop essential life skills.
After my first experience in Morocco, I made the decision to continue my work there. The profound impact the country had on me was undeniable. The rich tapestry of Moroccan culture resonated deeply with my soul. The connections I formed with local communities transformed my understanding of hospitality and human connection. Throughout my years of diverse travel experiences, I've explored many destinations, but Morocco continues to touch my soul in ways that make it the perfect backdrop for transformation and growth.
