About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Practitioner of conscious breathing and deep transformation body work. A graduate of the Psychology in Management studies at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. More than a dozen years of dance experience led him to the top of his dancer's career, and he spent his last years onstage at the ROMA Musical Theatre.
Founder of DT Makers company, where he conducted Design Thinking workshops using improvisation theatre techniques. A graduate of the NOVO Change Trainers School.
He has been actively participating in workshops and personal development trainings for 7 years. His teacher was Anand Rudra. Arkadiusz Hezler inspires, teaches and supports people in personal development through breathing and experiencing.
He follows Tantra path where, through work with the body (Kriya Yoga, spontaneous dance, massages), breath, meditation, ritualism and sacred he integrates male and female energies within himself to live fully and find the way to pleasure through the practice of mindfulness.
He completed 3 trainee levels for the Teacher of Tantra and Shamanism with Anand Rudra (practitioner, facilitator and teacher).
