About the Teacher

Why study with them?

After realizing how much yoga had changed her life in all aspects, Ayala felt the desire to pass her experience to others. She started her journey more than ten years ago and now teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Body Movements, Laughter Meditation, and Pilates. She organizes workshops and events and is the founder of The Movement of Joy Shala in Weligama. Ayala believes that if you're already moving, make it joyful.
