Nikita Leys is a plant-based chef, retreat host, and founder of Vegan-Wise. After years of struggling with severe IBS, food anxiety, and the mental health toll of chronic gut issues, Nikita discovered the healing power of mindful, seasonal cooking—guided by the principles of Ayurveda.
Her journey led her from restrictive diets and burnout to a place of nourishment, rhythm, and deep self-connection through food. This transformation became the foundation of her work, and her greatest passion: teaching others how to heal and thrive through plant-based cooking that honours both body and soul.
With nearly a decade of experience in vegan catering, recipe development, and leading wellness retreats, Nikita now creates warm, inclusive spaces for people to reconnect with food as medicine, cooking as ritual, and eating as an act of self-respect.
This course was created from her heart—to share the tools, flavours, and wisdom that helped her heal, and to guide others back to a more empowered, joyful relationship with food.
