Sandi Palermo

Sandii has dedicated herself to the exploration of diverse spiritual traditions, undertaking extensive studies and immersive experiences. Her journey has led her to extended solitude retreats and residences in monasteries across Southeast Asia. Sandii has had the privilege of studying under Masters in Yoga, Meditation, Shamanism, feminine arts, and Master Medicines.

A seasoned practitioner, she actively participates in, coordinates, guides, and leads retreats centered around Hridaya Meditations and Hatha yoga Modules. Additionally, she apprentices in Medicine Woman Retreats in Mexico, where she continues to delve into the teachings of the Spiritual heart, self-inquiry, feminine arts, and metaphysical principles.

Beyond her spiritual pursuits, Sandii is a passionate Holistic psychotherapist, holding PACFA accreditation. A womb awakening facilitator, she specializes in feminine healing arts, firmly believing in the inherent power within each individual to heal—a precious gift to life.
