Mirka has been teaching yoga for over 10 years, bringing her passion for creating transformative experiences to every session. In addition to her yoga expertise, Mirka has studied sound healing therapy and integrates its calming and restorative effects into her sessions. She is also a certified breathwork teacher and holds certification in human anatomy, allowing her to guide participants with a profound understanding of the body’s mechanics. Her teaching style weaves together movement, breath, and mindfulness to create a holistic practice that nurtures both body and mind.
