Why study with them?
Hi, I’m Riki, founder of Momma Riki, space holder, cyclical living guide, and passionate advocate for feminine embodiment.
At 14, I was handed a prescription for the pill — like so many girls — without a real conversation about my body, my rhythm, or what it truly means to be a woman.
For years, I lived disconnected from myself. My emotions felt like too much or nothing at all. My body’s signals were silenced. Something always felt “off,” but I didn’t yet have the words to name it.
Eventually, I stopped the pill, and that’s when everything shifted.
What followed was a long, deep journey back to my own body. To my womb. To the rhythm I never knew I had lost.
I didn’t take one straight path — I explored through many lenses:
I studied philosophy to ask deeper questions.
Fashion and art to explore feminine identity and creative expression.
Midwifery, herbalism, and womb wisdom to understand the body.
I turned toward crystals, plants, astrology, and ancient rituals, not to escape, but to remember.
Over time, I realized: I was never broken. I was simply living out of sync with my nature.
Now, I hold space for women who are ready to come home to themselves, through retreats, rituals, and raw remembrance.
Because your cycle is not a burden, it’s a compass.
Your body is not too much — it’s your power.
And you are not meant to be linear. You are meant to flow, shift, evolve.
Coming home to your womb… is coming home to yourself.
And being a woman?
It’s a f*cking superpower.
Let’s start owning it.
