With a Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Industries from VGTU and a Master’s in Public Relations from Vilnius University, she combines creativity with communication, intuition with structure, and artistry with professionalism.
Her journey into guiding experiences began early — in dance ensembles, where she not only performed but also organized community gatherings, events, and trips. This taught her teamwork, leadership, and the joy of bringing people together.
Adele is the co-founder of KAMADITI, where she helps shape the brand’s vision, storytelling, retreats, and the emotional world behind every experience. She is also the co-creator of TwinkleTime, a company born from nearly a decade of event-planning expertise, now dedicated to crafting personal, heartfelt celebrations in Lithuania and abroad.
