Beyond the plate, Hamish is your point person for hospitality: intake of dietary needs, allergy safety, tea and hydration rituals, gentle pacing, clear labeling, and on‑the‑spot adjustments throughout your journey. He coordinates front‑of‑house, catering, and beverage teams and handles logistics questions so everything feels effortless, nourishing, and truly held.
