Mel is such a delight! What a gentle soul and refreshing passion for coaching clients on how to regulate their nervious system to find more peace and joy.

Here is a bit about her background.

My name is Melanie Nightingale. My passion for teaching breathwork as a stress relief tool led me to taking the Oxygen Advantage Advanced teacher training.

This comprehensive course involved an intensive training camp in Scotland, a year of online lessons and taking on three case studies. I was delighted to obtain this qualification and have created a blend of breathwork and Qigong practice (that I have been teaching since 2019), as well as including the Indian philosophy of the energy centers in the body. I love the combination of these ancient practices that have now been backed up with the latest science.
