About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Felicia is a dedicated Taiji Qi Gong practitioner and instructor, trained under the direct guidance of Shaolin Master Shi Heng Zuan. After years of rigorous training and discipline, she was invited—together with only a handful of students worldwide—to become his assistant. Today, as a certified instructor of Wu-Ma Taiji Qi Gong from the Shanghai lineage, she shares ancient practices for body, mind, and spirit while embodying a profound commitment to daily self-practice. Her teaching is both rooted in tradition and alive with personal devotion, offering participants a clear path into the transformative power of Qi Gong.
Under her Master’s guidance, Felicia learned not only powerful sequences such as Chan Yuan Gong, Fang Song Gong, Taiji, Tui Shou as well as rooting and joint-opening routines but also the subtle internal dynamics that make true practice possible: how to cultivate inner release, open the body for Qi to flow, and root deeply into the forces of heaven and earth.
In her retreats, Felicia emphasizes more than just learning the methods—she helps participants discover how to make these practices their own. Because the real transformation does not come from the teacher, but from the student’s commitment to return to practice, again and again, with devotion and joy.
A testimonial from Yu Sakamoto, a student in a Qi Gong retreat I was teaching in Pai, Thailand (sharing with consent):
Dear Felicia, I would like you to know how much you touched me by your presence, your dedication, patience, tenacy and strength during the recent retreat in Pai. I learned sooooo much and sooooo deeply not only about the Taiji Qigong but also about life. After every small movement, you said 'come back''come back''come back'... very simple word, but with such pure presence. With hundreds of repetition (!!), it became clear to me this is the answer and it became my Mantra for everyday life. Every time I catch myself lost in thinking, I say to myself 'come back' and focus on my breath/movement and stay in my body. 'Come back' 'come back' and I remember your voice and I do 'Chiiii-aaaaan' with smile. Then everything looks so fresh again. On the last group training, I bowed to you and all other instructors and couldn't hold back my tears for gratitude and joy that I could learn from such wonderful beings. Thank you very much and much love
