Tobi is your on-site contact: arrival, questions, rhythm. He holds the frame, explains the slot list for the Silence Room, ensures quiet times, tends the evening fire, and keeps kitchen and bathroom routines simple. On request, he offers quiet 1:1 impulses for integration into daily life—practical, unagitated, clear.

Tobi also offers treatments: body-oriented applications such as massage/body process and energetic alignment for regulation and grounding. Mindful, calm, without show—aligned with the silent field.

His focus: order, grounding, contact with nature—so a field emerges in which silence truly carries.

There is no teaching schedule in this retreat. We hold space and structure; your inner work happens in silence. A pre-/post-conversation with Tatjana is available; during the week, Tobi is your on-site contact.

Zusätzlich bietet Tobi Behandlungen an: körperorientierte Anwendungen wie Massage/Bodyprozess und energetische Ausrichtung zur Regulation und Erdung. Achtsam, ruhig, ohne Esoterik-Show – passend zum stillen Feld.

Sein Fokus: Ordnung, Erdung, Naturkontakt – damit ein Feld entsteht, in dem Stille wirklich trägt.

In diesem Retreat gibt es keinen Unterrichtsplan. Wir halten Raum und Struktur; deine innere Arbeit geschieht in Stille. Vor-/Nachgespräch mit Tatjana möglich, während der Woche ist Tobi dein Ansprechpartner vor Ort.
