Joanna Lewins- Movement Medicine

Joanna will be joining us as a guest facilitator, originally from the UK she has spent the last decade living and sharing her work between Bali, Ibiza and Portugal. She’ll be hosting a yummy Cacao Ceremony followed by an Ecstatic Dance to get us deeply into our bodies. Get ready to journey through waves of tribal drums, orchestral strings and pumping beats that’ll make you shake, sweat and groove. Alongside that she’ll be weaving in her Body Wisdom Class, a somatic experience taking you into parts of your body you may never have accessed before. It’s a listening, sensing, feeling practice in which the more you open, the more you will receive. Expect the unexpected.
