Ko-Creation Somatic Wellness
Mission & Vision
Mission
At the heart of our work is a devotion to truth, embodiment, and liberation. We create spaces where healing is not about escaping reality, but about remembering wholeness within it. Rooted in the intelligence of the body and the wisdom of the land, our mission is to support deep personal transformation that ripples outward—healing the self while contributing to the healing of the collective.
We hold space for it all: the grief, the rage, the exhaustion, and the hope. Through somatic awareness, spiritual guidance, and community connection, we help people return to their innate wisdom and live from a place of grounded freedom.
Vision
We envision a world where truth, compassion, and embodiment guide human evolution—where awakening isn’t reserved for the few, but becomes a lived

Venue & Amenities
🌿 Welcome to your quiet Hawaiian retreat — a spacious, creative home with sweeping ocean views and lush wild greenery right outside your window. This is a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
We’re tucked away from the hustle and bustle of touristic Kona, giving you the true Hawaiian nature experience. Yet we’re close enough to enjoy great restaurants, coffee houses, and best snorkeling on the island. • Full panoramic ocean views + nothing but greenery for miles.

Getting Here
Directions
🚗 Transportation + Getting Here
For retreat attendees staying at the retreat residence, transportation is not required—I’ve got you covered! I have a 7-seater SUV and will provide group transportation for our outings.
The retreat residence is about:
6 minutes by car (or 45 minutes on foot) to the ocean
2 minutes by car (or 8 minutes on foot) to the nearest coffee shop
🛬 Arrival & Pick-Up Options
Kona International Airport (KOA) is the closest airport— a tiny, adorable outdoor airport about 19 miles (30–40 minutes by car) from the retreat center.
I’ll offer group pick-up times for those staying in the retreat residence at:
1:00 PM
Evening (between 6–7 PM)
Pick-up is available from KOA or Kona town. If your flight doesn’t align with these times:
You can take a local taxi or Hele-On bus into Kona town and wait for the scheduled pick-up.
Or take public bus #90, which stops about an 8-minute walk from the retreat residence.(Check the Hele-On Bus schedule in advance—it runs only a few times per day.)
🚘 Prefer to Rent a Car?
If you want more flexibility, there are several rental options:
Rental Cars The most convenient way to explore the island and get to Captain Cook.
Available at KOA through: Priceline, Turo, Economy Bookings, and more
I also have access to local person-to-person rentals with more "personality" and lower rates(Think $40–$100/day)
Taxis & Rideshare
Taxis/Uber/Lyft are available at KOA, but may be pricey(Approx. $15 to Kona, $80 to retreat residence)
Shuttles Some accommodations nearby may offer shuttle service—feel free to check with them directly.
