Our retreat center was created to offer a space where people can pause, slow down, and find themselves. Set in a peaceful natural environment, it provides room to reconnect with your body, mind, and inner self. Time slows, senses sharpen, and your natural rhythm can gently re-emerge.
This retreat is a place for stillness, reflection, and grounding, with optional therapeutic support such as emotional process work, integrative medicine, and embodiment practices. Every experience is tailored to your needs, helping you restore energy, clarity, and balance.

The nearest airport is Florianopolis (FLN) . From there, the retreat can be reached by bus, taxi, or via our pick-up service.
For a seamless and relaxed arrival to our Retreat Center, we are happy to arrange a private pick-up for you. Simply share your flight details with us in advance, and we will take care of the transfer to and from the retreat center, allowing you to arrive with ease and without logistical concerns.
