The Shades of Blue Project created these retreats to support the people who support everyone else.
Leaders, advocates, birth workers, and caregivers often spend their days pouring into their communities without the opportunity to pause, restore, and connect with others who truly understand their work. Our retreats were designed to change that.
We provide intentional spaces where participants can step away from the demands of everyday life and engage in meaningful dialogue, leadership development, and personal restoration.
These experiences help strengthen the leaders who are working to improve maternal mental health outcomes and build healthier communities for mothers and families.
