Luna Yogi Retreats to help you step out of the rhythm of daily life, to slow down and connect with yourself. We create a wholesome and uplifting environment for people to explore, share and connect.
We have two annual retreats, a winter wellness retreat called Rest Retreat.
A summer wellness retreat called Éirí (Rise) Retreat.
Yoga is not just about movement, it's a practice of the mind and body. It helps us to go inward, learn to listen to our bodies, create a sense of quiet and clarity in the mind. Luna yogi has been founded to create a completely safe space for people to practise the more lunar side of yoga. Our yoga classes encourage you to unwind, relax and destress. We specialise in restful restorative yoga and yoga nidra meditations.

You can Fly in to Dublin Airport. Get a bus or a train to Waterford.
Organise a taxi from there (25 minutes)
Alternatively you can bus to Mullinavat and taxi from there (10 minutes)
