Bigger Life Adventures crafts small-cohort yoga journeys rooted in trauma-informed practice, sustainability, and the ethics of yoga. We partner only with retreat centers that honor the land and the community they belong to — plant-based kitchens, sustainable building, fair local employment. Our trainings prepare teachers to lead with integrity, embodied presence, and real respect for the nervous systems in their care. We believe yoga is a path of practice, not performance, and that how a program is held matters as much as what is taught.
Mystical Yoga Farm is a working sustainable retreat center on the shores of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. The land is tended with reverence — gardens that feed the kitchen, lake swims at sunrise, and the kind of quiet that lets nervous systems settle. Built and run with respect for the surrounding Mayan community, the farm is reachable by boat from Panajachel and welcomes guests into a daily rhythm of practice, meals, and rest.

Directions
Fly into Guatemala City (GUA — La Aurora International Airport). From there it is a 3–3.5 hour shuttle ride west to Panajachel on Lake Atitlán, followed by a short public boat (lancha) crossing to San Marcos La Laguna. Plan to arrive by the afternoon of February 28, 2027 so you can be settled before our welcome circle that evening.
