Mission & Vision
Salt + Soul was born from 30 years of living and breathing the wellness world. As a trained acupuncturist, Precision Nutrition certified coach, Reiki master, sound healer, and fitness and wellness coach I have spent three decades learning, growing and pouring myself into the health and healing of others.
This retreat is the culmination of all of that. It is my way of bringing everything I have learned together into one intentional, deeply nourishing experience for women who are ready to heal from the inside out.

The Salt + Soul Retreat is held at a privately rented oceanfront home in Bolinas, California, a magical and tucked away coastal town in West Marin approximately one hour north of San Francisco.
Nearest International Airport:
San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the closest major international airport, located approximately 1.5 hours from Bolinas depending on traffic.
Alternative Airports:
Oakland International Airport (OAK) is a great alternative and is often less congested than SFO, located approximately 1.5 hours from Bolinas.
Marin County is also accessible from Sonoma County Airport (STS) for those flying from within California.
Getting to Bolinas:
We recommend renting a car at the airport as Bolinas is a small coastal town with limited public transportation. The drive from SFO or OAK takes you over the Golden Gate Bridge and through the breathtaking Marin Headlands and Point Reyes National Seashore — a scenic and soul nourishing journey in itself.
Carpooling:
