Wudang Shihe Kungfu & Wellness Academy exists to preserve and share the authentic traditions of Wudang Tai Chi, Qigong, Taoist wellness, martial arts, and Chinese culture with people from around the world. Our purpose is to create a peaceful environment where guests can step away from the pressures of everyday life, reconnect with their bodies and minds, and experience the deeper philosophy behind Taoist practice.

Directions
Our retreat is located in Wudang Mountain, Hubei Province, China.
The closest local airport is Shiyan Wudangshan Airport (WDS). International guests can first fly to a major Chinese international airport such as Xi’an Xianyang International Airport (XIY) or Wuhan Tianhe International Airport (WUH), and then continue to Wudang Mountain by domestic flight or high-speed train.
A convenient option is to fly internationally to Xi’an, then travel from Xi’an East Railway Station to Wudangshan West Railway Station by high-speed train. The new Xi’an–Shiyan high-speed railway makes this connection much easier.
Another recommended route is to fly to Wuhan Tianhe International Airport (WUH) and take a high-speed train from Wuhan to Wudangshan West Railway Station. Direct high-speed rail services connect Wuhan with the Wudangshan area.
Guests may also connect through major Chinese cities and take a domestic flight directly to Shiyan Wudangshan Airport (WDS).
