Empowering Transformation Through Connection

For more than 30 years, I've had the privilege of supporting people through some of life's most meaningful and challenging moments. My mission is to create safe, compassionate spaces where healing, self-discovery, and lasting transformation can unfold, and where people can access their own capacity for healing and growth.

Through sacred retreats, ceremony, sound, and trauma-informed support, I help people reconnect with their authentic self beneath the layers of conditioning and survival.

Based in Portugal and welcoming clients from around the world, my vision is that every person leaves feeling more empowered, aligned, and connected—to themselves, to others, and to the life they're here to live.

Getting Here

Intuitive Kasham, From FARO Airport: 35 minute drive (Due to discretion, exact location will be provided after registration is approved.)

Directions

From FARO AIRPORT- for 2026 Group Retreats, we offer discounted SHUTTLE PICK Up/Drop off at 13:10 the first day and 13:10 the last day. If you aren't able to make those shuttles, you can take a bus, train or other transport then taxi, Uber or Bolt. Taxi is approximately 65€ each way. (Shuttle is typically 25-30€ each way) SHUTTLE: Arranged pick up from Faro Airport, usually around 13:30 on the first day. Return from the center to Faro Airport arriving back in Faro approximately 14:25 the last day of the retreat.

Life changing

The facilitators were so beautiful and open. Everything was communicated clearly I felt supported throughout the whole process of the retreat. Amazing food and such a peaceful place to do this meaningful work. The approach is deeply spiritual and respectful to all involved. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a meaningful opportunity to shift perspectives in your life.

A transformational experience - you are in very safe hands

I recently attended my second retreat in Portugal with Intuitive Kasham. The first one I attended last year changed my life (no, I'm not exaggerating!), and my most recent experience built upon this change in a very beautiful way. I gained new insights and tools for my continuing life journey.
This work is not always easy but the setting and the accommodation is first class, and the vegan food is utterly outstanding, prepared fresh each day by a specialist nutritionist. You feel free to concentrate on the emotional work you need, without distraction. This allows each and everyone in the group space to focus on their own needs, while mutually supporting the others.
If you are drawn to this, but still not sure, I'd encourage you to reach out to Kasham. She will talk you through the whole thing with no pressure. She is a gifted and experienced facilitator.
The workshops between Shamanic ceremonies are all important, but this time I was especially moved by the equine therapy (no riding involved!) Kasham now offers. I found new and surprising insights with these beautiful animals.
We also enjoyed a Gong Bath under the stars, which was incredibly powerfully felt in the body.
And of course there's plenty of time to quietly reflect, journal and take in the beautiful natural surroundings. You will be cared for.

A beautiful and meaningful experience

I am so glad that I chose Kasham to do my first journey with, she truly is so gifted in what she does, wise, loving and perfectly her self, which allowed me to be also. Hanna, her co-facilitator is also such a beautiful spirit and so inspiring. Both of them walk this path with such integrity and true connection to the work that they do which made me feel so safe and cared for throughout.

This is the retreat to choose!

After spending some time considering various Portugal 🍄 retreats, i went with Kasham.
Not the cheapest option, however this adventure was something I wanted to get right. (also her many positive reviews also guided me).
I went for a 2 day / 1 night retreat, and my experience was very rewarding.
Location is handy to Faro airport (30mins by taxi). Villa is ideal, with en-suite room and large terrace overlooking forest.
Kasham herself is very intuitive (pun intended), extremely experienced and creates a safe space.
I assume for a lot of people these journeys are only taken up once or twice in their lifetime. Therefore worth paying the extra to get it right.
Kasham really doesn’t her heart & soul into your experience ..
