The retreat center was born out of a dream to share the ancient wisdom of Thailand with people from all around the world. Over the past 2500 years, Buddhist monks have kept the tradition of meditation alive and those who have come to study with the monks have left with a renewed sense of inner peace. Since launching our meditation retreat program, we've welcomed countless travelers from over 68 nations, held space for life-changing moments, and given people the power to remember their inner light.

Surrounded by the beautiful Pai mountains, we teach a simple, accessible approach to meditation that allows you to access the inner happiness that has always been within you. We have a natural hot springs pool on site and plenty of walking paths in nature for quiet self-reflection.

We provide both meat and vegetarian options, and may be able to accommodate other dietary restrictions. Greens are sourced from our organic farm on-site, and whatever we don't grow, we locally source.
