Lakshmi Transformation exists to support people on their path of deep personal growth, healing, and soul-level transformation.
Rooted in body-oriented psychotherapy and expanded through walking therapy, energy healing, and systemic work such as family constellations, my approach is holistic and grounded. I believe that true transformation happens when we reconnect with the wisdom of the body, engage with the present moment, and create safe spaces for authentic expression.
Through retreats, workshops, and individual sessions, I offer meaningful experiences that help people slow down, explore what truly matters, and realign with their inner truth.
