Couples are guided through experiential practices that harmonise mind, body and soul, creating a foundation for profound intimacy. 5 days with different activities- all embodiment practices. The tantric massages are eye opening ways to surrender, receive and let go into deep, sensual bliss. You will learn the art of intimate Yoni and Lingam massage, the power of breathwork and holding space for each other's truth as you go deeper into your own being. We will play, relax, open, learn and grow!

All practices except the Tantric massages are fully clothed. You only need to do what is within your boundaries and we will have a call beforehand to discuss everything the retreat entails!

Directions

The retreat accommodation will be booked depending on your preference and needs. The retreat usually takes place in Lisbon or the Algarve.

Accommodation

The venue and accommodation are the same place. I will visit you for the sessions, so you can fully relax in your home from home. There is a private bedroom, kitchen, living area and bathroom. You will have the place to yourself.
