Hi, I'm Lauren Rose!
I'm a Tantric & Conscious Love Coach and have been working with women, men and couples for 10 years in Tantra.
I weave the magic of Tantra, coaching, somatic tools, bodywork, breathwork and ritual to create a deep, rich and transformative experience for couples!
I hold Tantric retreats worldwide and in 2025- Portugal, Bali & LA.
I also coach women in love, through conscious dating coaching. Conscious relating is at the root of all my work. Through guiding people to connect more with their truth, they can have the relationship they truly desire.
My experience is in Vipassana, Buddhist meditation, breathwork, womb healing, somatic work, shamanism, energy healing, nature therapy and coaching.
