For over two decades, Christian has dedicated his life to the pursuit of holistic health as an experienced Ayurvedic Therapist & Consultant and an avid Yoga enthusiast. His passion is rooted in sharing this wealth of experience, offering practical, personalized tools from the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda.

While Yoga remains the core of Christian's practice, his exploration of conscious movement has been profoundly enriched by additional training in Aikido and Eurythmy. His lifelong fascination with the body's natural intelligence drives him to continuously explore and understand movement as a path to self-discovery and health. This diverse background allows him to bring a unique depth and awareness to his teachings and consultations.
Christian believes that the very basis of a healthy life lies in proper foods and nutrition, a central tenet of Ayurveda. Spending time in the kitchen is an important part of his daily routine, where he actively experiments and prepares wholesome foods. He brings his strong interest in Ayurvedic principles of nutrition and cooking to his practice, guiding clients toward a deeper relationship with food that nourishes and supports their individual well-being.
He has trained and worked in the USA, India, and Mexico, and currently practices in Colombia, bringing a broad, multicultural perspective to his commitment to holistic health.
