About this Retreat
Deb Lanning is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified in Sound Healing, and BFA Artist. She loves to create inspiring, theme-rich yoga classes, encourage people slow down with a sound bath, and help them enjoy and develop creative skills like watercolor painting. She is thrilled to be hosting retreats with her company Wander with Direction.
Duncan began practicing at Yen Yoga and Fitness in 2017. Initially he approached yoga as a tool to strengthen his core to help break a cycle of back pain episodes that began in his mid-40’s. He soon realized that the yogic way has positive implications for life beyond the yoga mat.
Yoga has been especially helpful for Duncan in his busy career where he specializes in sales, marketing, and management.
Duncan’s interests span snow, earth, wheel and water-based activities. He also writes and plays music in local bands, and sometimes performs solo gigs. In 2024, Duncan earned his RYT 200 from Yen Yoga and Fitness. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University and studied philosophy and anthropology extensively as an undergrad.
