Envision yourself enjoying sunny days, white sand beaches, palm trees and the tropics... This is your destination for your Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga Retreat. Reconnect with Self by balancing your body mind, and spirit paddling on our beautiful Intracoastal waterways.

While recharging at our beautiful retreat center in Boca Raton, you are welcome to enjoy daily meditation and yoga classes, and be free to just bask in the sunshine and relax in our hot tub and resort style pool in between your SUP outings. There are always healing therapy sessions of massage and .

At Quantum Leap Retreats we teach Sadhana Yoga, the Yoga of Spiritual Practice and the asana practices of Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa, Sivananda, yin and restorative flow. Our approach is experiential, contemporary and eclectic. We bring to life the ancient teachings of yoga through accessible spiritual lessons still relevant today.

Enjoy elevating your yoga experience with stand up paddle boarding, and you can take your practice to another level. The Stand Up Paddle Board industry is the fastest growing water sport worldwide, because of the accessible learning curve as well as the availability of the practice (no waves needed!). No previous experience needed either! We’ll start you off with learning the foundation and we will provide you will the level you need to be challenged wherever you are in your own practice. Sunny Boca Raton is the place to do SUP!

Your time of Disconnect to Reconnect can be enjoyed in sunrise meditations, beautiful yoga practices inside and outside, and enjoying stand up paddle boarding along the Inter-coastal waterways, relaxing massage, healing hot/cold therapy in the infrared sauna and cold plunge, and topped off with our beautiful tropical sunny weather! What else could one ask for?

What is included

60-minute clearing and relaxing complimentary massage per week (derived from many traditions of bodywork & energy therapy)
1 soothing and healing hot/cold therapy session per week
2 Stand up Paddle Board Excursions along our beautiful Intracoastal waterways, including 1 SUP Meditation and Yoga class
Multiple yoga classes (these may include: vinyasa, Sivananda, restorative, yin, chakra balancing flow)
3 refreshing nights accommodation in our zen retreat house
Daily grounding meditation in different styles daily

Daily Schedule
7:15am Start day with lemon water & prepare a nutritionally balanced, energizing smoothie for breakfast Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday

8:30am Meditation - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

SUNRISE Beach Meditation is Tuesday & Friday mornings weather permitting, followed by Qi Gong (Chi Gong) with Dr. Yaron, or alternatively Tai Chi on the beach

9:00am – 10:30am Sivananda Hatha Flow, or Gentle Chakra Hatha Flow Monday - Friday

9:00am Saturdays & Sundays Yin or Restorative Yoga -or- Saturday Option to visit Downtown, enjoy outdoor Vinyasa in Sanborn Square Park (unless it\'s raining)

10:30am Breakfast morning smoothie (Juice & water fasting schedule varies slightly)

11:30am - 4:30pm Spa Services or time to relax by the pool, under the Tiki hut in a hammock, or at the beach

1:00 - 2:00pm Suggested Lunch time (Juice & water fasting schedule varies slightly)

3:30pm Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa Flow Daily, EXCEPT SATURDAY

7:00 or 8:00pm Additional classes or events when offered.

My experience at the Zen Den retreat Centre was exceptional. It was everything I needed, and then some. I participated in juicing, yoga, infrared saunas, ice baths, a colonic, and the best massages ever. I spent hours walking on the beach, swimming in the ocean, I went for bike rides, I napped, I meditated. I healed. I simply cannot say enough good things, especially about how fantastic the hosts are. If you’re considering booking a retreat, don’t hesitate to choose this one. It was literally life-changing for me. Thank you, Val and Ira! 😊🙏

5 Day Disconnect to Reconnect
This retreat serves it's purpose wonderfully. Valerie and Ira truly do everything possible to see that you are comfortable and receive all the services you are looking for. Morning meditations are varied and effective. Meditation on the beach was perfect! Yoga is better than most and is easily modified to your skill level. They believe in and practice Yogic principals and are happy to explain and train on those principals. The facilitators they employ are friendly and happy to help with anything you might want or need, Austin, the massage therapist is very good and intuitive. Highly recommend him as well. The only thing I would do differently is, book the 7 day rather than 5. Definitely could have used a couple of extra days and hope to return soon.
