About this Retreat
Born in London, Kashi grew up with a natural passion for adventure and all forms of artistic expression, spirituality and healing. After graduating with a degree in English and Philosophy she cast her shoes aside for many years, immersing herself in travel, ashrams, plant medicine ceremonies and alternative communities. Diving into a deep exploration of mystic, tantric and shamanic traditions, Kashi travelled the world, performing at various international festivals and events, her activations fuelled by her devotion to yoga, bellydance and the erotic arts. She later joined an circus troupe travelling on horseback through Central America.
After meeting Johny Dar in 2009, Kashi collaborated with him for over a decade, as brand Director of Communications, and also worked globally across multiple industries as a producer and manager - for fashion shows, art exhibitions, shoots, immersions, festivals, and philanthropic projects. During these years she deepened her studies in tantra, personal development and shamanic healing, and committed fully to her priestess path.
In 2021 Kashi moved to Costa Rica and founded Kundalini Rose as a platform for tantric arts, coaching, and a modern approach to sacred sexuality and temple culture. Today she draws upon a range of healing modalities and devotional ceremonial practices to inspire immersions, online trainings and pilgrimages for women and men. She is the founder of The Ishtara Temple and AOI Costa Rica, and a co-founder of Tantrahuasca - a revolutionary immersion combining Tantra and Ayahuasca as a pathway for healing, awakening and self realisation.
An experienced guide and facilitator, Kashi is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, Breathwork facilitator, and a graduate of many tantric shamanic trainings including the International School of Temple Arts and Awaken as Love. She’s also a passionate student and teacher of Egyptian Mysteries and those of the Rose Lineage.
Hi! I’ve been exploring realms of the psyche and spirituality for my whole adult life, since a spontaneous awakening at the age of 20.
For the past decade, I’ve been working with thousands of people around the world in facilitating their journeys of deep inner transformation and growth, working primarily with music and the voice as pathways for healing, alongside the sacred plant medicine Ayahuasca.
My passion for creating transformational spaces has led me to weave in other modalities that I've found to be the most potent, including breathwork, intuitive movement, embodiment practices, shamanic journeying and sacred I am also a certified life coach and have trained in Compassionate Inquiry, a therapy modality developed by Gabor Mate.
In 2020 after losing the love of my life, I created Awaken Your Medicine as a platform to offer empowering online courses, retreats and 1-1 mentorships. The first course, Awaken Your Medicine is now available and offers women a powerful series of embodiment practices, meditations and teachings to journey into the fullness of their self-expression.
I incorporate all my healing modalities and experience along with my unique essence to offer an expansive and one-of-a-kind ceremonial experience.
Feedback I often receive from participants is how I make them feel very safe, comfortable, seen and heard just as they are, and yet also gently push them out of their comfort zones in ways that allow them to blossom into new levels of self-awareness and self-acceptance. And that I intuitively know when to do each! People connect with my sense of play, fun, and loosening up of inhibitions, while also holding a deeply compassionate and sacred space.
Born in London, I now live in the Atlantic Rainforest of Brazil at Terramaya Eco Retreat Centre. My beloved and I built this centre for healing over the past 10 years, and I continue to offer retreats at this magical land.

The Tantrahuasca pathway teaches us to be present to each moment as it is - to feel the emotions that move us, observe our thoughts with discernment, and let the body’s natural wisdom guide us.
Ultimately, it calls us home to ourselves, to our profound capacity for sensual-spiritual experience, and to the implicit synergy of our human and divine nature.
Ayahuasca is a sacred plant medicine from the Amazon Rainforest. It has been used for centuries to access alternative states of consciousness, in order to heal and transform subconscious psychological patterns, past trauma and karmic lessons - by bringing us into a direct experience with the very essence of our being - nature… love… God… and all creation.
This 7 day retreat combines both these ancient and powerful traditions in a contemporary and accessible way.
Together, our circle of women will journey through a carefully curated program of initiations, transmissions, embodiment practices and ceremony - both with and without medicine - to connect deeply with our natural expression and inner landscape.
Drawing upon two decades (each) of experience, Kashi and Milli combine powerful ancient and modern modalities to create a healing alchemical container that will support you to support you to reclaim your true feminine nature, liberate yourself from the past, and open up pathways of power, pleasure and purpose that nourish, empower and transform you, from inside out.

Schedule
We typically have a morning practice before smoothies and breakfast, followed by ceremony (without plant medicine) or embodiment sessions, sharing circles, excursions, Q & A(once the ayahuasca ceremonies begin there are no excursions until the final day)
Ceremony days are a little different (we hold the ayahuasca ceremonies from around 1pm until the evening) - there will be a brunch and then we begin with a sharing circle, followed by ceremony and then dinner afterwards.
On the days without medicine 3 meals are provided. On ceremony days 2 substantial meals are provided.
We have opening, closing and fire ceremonies in addition to the ayahuasca ceremonies.
There is also time to relax, integrate and enjoy the beautiful pool and garden.

Directions
Book your flights to Limon Municipal Airport (LIC) or to Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO).
Option to fly domestically from San Jose to Limon and take bus, taxi, or shuttle for 1 hour to Puerto Viejo.
You can also take a bus or shuttle to Puerto Viejo from San Jose, which takes about 5 hours.
The Caribe Shuttle company is the recommended way to get from San Jose to Puerto Viejo and you can book with them via their website.
During the day the buses leave regularly, usually every couple of hours. If you take the local bus or shuttle option to Puerto Viejo, it is recommended to take a taxi from there to your villa.
Taxis can usually be picked up easily from the airport and the bus drop-off location.
