Details of this retreat

The Way of the Warrior Retreat is more than a weekend away. It is a call to men who are ready to rise, to face themselves with honesty, and to walk forward with clarity, strength, and purpose.

For three days you will be guided by Bart Pronk and Dion Freeman through a powerful journey of ritual, silence, breathwork, and embodied practices. This retreat is not about battle or performance. It is about cultivating the presence and resilience needed to live authentically, lead with integrity, and reconnect with the strength that already lives within you.

What Makes This Retreat Special

- Brotherhood – A rare men-only space where masks fall away, every story is welcome, and connection is built on honesty and respect.

- Powerful Facilitation – Dion carries decades of transformational work and ancestral wisdom, while Bart brings years of experience in breathwork, resilience training, and extreme expeditions. Together they offer depth, clarity, and practical tools for lasting change.

- Complete Transformation – The work spans body, mind, and spirit, integrating mental discipline, emotional awareness, spiritual growth, and physical practices. It is a true initiation that strengthens every part of who you are.

- Immersed in Nature – Set in the wild beauty of the Ardennes, with rivers, forests, and hidden caves, the land itself becomes part of the experience.

What You Will Receive

✔ Mental mastery – sharpen focus, discipline, and clarity
✔ Emotional intelligence – connect with emotions and others authentically
