Details of this retreat

Cultivating self-mastery through a journey into longevity, self-discovery & inner balance.

What if the secret to living longer isn’t about adding years to life, but adding life to your years?

— A sanctuary of stillness, breath, and embodied renewal beneath the Nordic soul.

Swedish Edition — Ekenäs Gård & Kullåkra Gård

Andrum, meaning room-to-breathe is a refined Nordic retreat experience created in conscious collaboration with Ekenäs Gård and Kullåkra Gård — two spaces deeply rooted in nature, holistic living, and authentic Swedish hospitality.

Inspired by the Swedish philosophy of lagom — balance, simplicity, and intentional living - Andrum invites guests into a slower rhythm shaped by nature, stillness, and conscious restoration. Sweden, ranked amongst the world’s top 5 happiness countries, is celebrated for its deep connection to nature and wellbeing-centred way of life, and was the first country to position itself as a “travel destination on prescription,” by UK Doctors.

Through nature immersion, embodied practices, nourishing cuisine, mindfulness, and ritual, Andrum offers a sanctuary to breathe deeply, reconnect inwardly, and restore harmony between body, mind, and the living world.

Set within the serene southern Swedish landscapes of Österlen, Ekenäs Gård — consciously founded and curated by Jessica Järvås — serves as the retreat’s intimate luxe hospitality sanctuary for rest, nourishment, and gathering.

Schedule

Kullåkra Gård — founded by Kristina Dürr and Mats Alinder — offers a yoga sanctuary shaped by the rhythms of the natural world, relational presence, and holistic wellbeing.

This collaboration brings together the Nordic essence of organic simplicity and stillness with the Śakti Mandala philosophy of embodied awakening, creating a refined retreat experience rooted in breath, ritual, reflection, nature immersion, and conscious renewal.

Guided by the restorative intelligence of the land, within Andrum, silence becomes medicine, nature becomes guide, and transformation unfolds gently through presence, beauty, and embodied harmony.

Complementing this experience, Kullåkra Gård brings a profound philosophy of nature connection, alignment, and ecological harmony into the retreat journey. Guided by Kristina Dürr’s deep experience in yoga, mindfulness, and inner leadership, the space is rooted in a relational approach where the body, nervous system, and nature are understood as deeply interconnected. Inspired by ecopsychology and practices that restore our relationship with the living world, her presence cultivates a safe and restorative environment where guests are invited to slow down, listen inwardly, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover a direction grounded in authenticity and inner steadiness.

As part of the retreat experience, guests are gently guided into immersive nature-based rituals designed to awaken embodied presence and deepen their relationship with the living landscape. During the Embodied Nature Session, participants journey to the hilltops overlooking the sea, open fields, and grazing animals, where wireless headphones create an intimate and meditative atmosphere. Through music, breath, movement, and guided awareness, the experience becomes a sensory immersion into both self and nature — a remembering of the body as part of the Earth’s rhythm.

The Nature Self-Love Ceremony invites participants into a more intimate dialogue with nature itself through a gentle medicine walk across the land. Gathering natural elements along the way, guests return to co-create a shared nature altar — an offering of gratitude to the Earth and a reflection of our own belonging within the greater ecosystem of life. In honouring nature, we are also honouring ourselves.

This journey is further deepened through a contemplative Gaia Meditation, exploring the sacred parallels between the human body and the body of the Earth. Just as countless cells work in harmony to sustain life within us, we too are invited to remember ourselves as living cells within Gaia’s greater body — interconnected expressions of one living, breathing whole. Within this space, nature becomes both mirror and teacher, inviting a profound sense of belonging, reverence, and embodied renewal.

Guided by Bav Tailor’s signature self-embodied practices, this journey offers personalised tools rooted in ancient knowledge and modern energetic mastery. You will be supported to activate your highest potential, cultivate your inner architecture and step into a refined state of self-leadership, clarity and sacred living.
