Shouniez is a flow artist and performer, flowing in movement and magic since 2006. Since 2012, she has shared her passion across the globe—performing, teaching, and inspiring through the joyful language of flow arts. Her dream is simple yet wild: to teach freedom of movement with hula hoops and fire to every human on Earth, and to share even one moment of wonder, transformation, and connection through movement and play. With a foundation in dance that began at the age of four, Shouniez has trained in ballet, contemporary, and hip hop, always seeking the deeper language of the body. Her journey eventually led her to fire dancing, where dance meets discipline and the body becomes a canvas for expression. Alongside dance, she has dived into theatre, clowning, and performance art, which continue to enrich her artistic presence and teaching. In recent years, Shouniez has immersed herself in the study of Embodiment, exploring the body as a tool for movement and as a portal to healing, awareness, and self-discovery. She believes movement is medicine for the soul and that play helps us remember who we truly are. Her teaching blends dance, circus, theatre, and flow elements, weaving together technical shapes, expressive storytelling, and playful creativity. Rooted in full-body movement and deep connection with surroundings, her style emphasizes intentional movement. She guides students through a journey of imagination and curiosity—opening portals, breaking patterns, and coming home to the body. Through her workshops, Shouniez invites participants to rediscover joy, awaken self-expression, and embody passion through the art of play. Her philosophy, “learning and transformation through play,” lives in every circle spun, every story told, and every soul moved by flow.
