About this Retreat

Your Guides

Details of this retreat

We are Omera…the era of the "om" where trauma is transcended to tranquility. Mushroom Journeys (Psilocybe Cubensis Strain) is only one modality of healing we utilize. However, it is a powerful stepping stone on the path to an enlightened perspective on the experience of being alive. Our intention for this retreat is to co-create a deep remembrance of who you truly are. The safe space is on sacred Mayan land and every cell in your vessel will be capable of fully feeling any and all emotions it never felt secure enough to process before this moment. This specific strain is widely used amongst therapy sessions and is he most commonly studied globally among the scientific communities, making it a sure choice for targeting trauma releases in a way that is gentle enough on the nervous system.

Your guides have years of experience in trauma release modalities along with psychosomatic & somatic techniques. Nyle, a graduate from the School of Natural Medicine, will be the formulator of your mushroom tea tonic. And Oren, the meditation initiate, will hold the container on your journey in this sacred ceremony.

Upon booking you'll receive:
- A scheduled discovery call to ensure we are energetically attuned to work alongside one another
- A preliminary course to guide you on preparing for a psilocybin ceremony
- A detailed medical and psychological examination beforehand for protection of the participant
-Along with the experiences and amenities listed below

Schedule

We start by awaiting your arrival at the Jaibalito dock and welcoming you with a Persian herbal flower petal tea crafted to ease any stress and anxiety that may arise before the ceremony. As we sip tea together and gaze at the serene lakeside view of the volcanoes, we will take a moment to start setting the intention for the medicine journey and illuminating any doubts or fears that may be surfacing. After this Oren will lead you on a short hike through the Tz’utujil & Kaqchikel Mayan villages and into the lush mountainous terrain to the retreat center. After settling into the hotel you'll have the option to enjoy a cleansing traditional mayan sauna in the Temescal. As the sun begins to set you'll be guided on a burn ritual bonfire in the garden to let go of any lingering negative beliefs. Soon after dark we will serve the medicinal mushroom tea and the journey will begin. (Usually lasting 6-8 hours depending on the person). Once the journey is finished you will transition to your room and get some rest. The next day we will serve a light and nourishing culinary breakfast and Nyle will guide you on a journal integration exercise. We will give an offering to the land for holding space & part ways. Calls and texts as you continue to integrate the visions and lessons on your own are offered and encouraged.
