About this Retreat
Anna Ostrowska aka Ania – your main facilitator for this retreat, Ayahuasquera, Wachumera, Shamanic Practitioner, Holistic Therapist and body worker.
She has been working with Plant Medicines for 12 years, trained with Master Shamans in the Amazon jungle. Trauma-informed healer, therapist and Family Constellations facilitator, with background in psychology, various types of coaching and body work. You can feel 100% safe and taken care of when in her space, she’s a Cosmic Mama, who puts her heart and soul into this work and in her nurturing spirit, she constantly tunes in to everyone’s needs to best
support them in their process, while being very careful not to dis- empower, but witness, hold hand, and release.
Ania works with her Higher Self, spirits of the Master Plants, heart of Gaia, elementals and crystals, but also has various Spirit Guides who assist her in the healing processes, and they include spirit of black puma, Lemurians, Angelic Beings, Sirians and Hathor Star Nation, the White Buffalo Woman, Metatron, Saint Germain and other Ascended Masters, as well some of her other conscious incarnations, which she connected with in this lifetime. She channels those energies through her body and her voice, she plays music during the ceremonies and sings healing Medicine Songs.
Privately she’s a mother, dancer, artist, creating sacred shamanic tools with crystals and healing talismans.
Elliott Potts — Plant Medicine Facilitator & Space Holder
Elliott Potts is a co-facilitator at Finca Putumayo in Costa Tropical, Spain, where he supports plant-medicine retreats with a focus on Huachuma (San Pedro) ceremonies and traditional rapé. His role bridges the practical and the ceremonial: he anchors safety in the space, supports preparation and integration, brings music and rhythm into the work, and provides grounded emotional support throughout the process.
Rooted in nature connection and heart-led service, Elliott collaborates closely with the lead shamans to maintain an authentic and respectful container that honors indigenous lineages while meeting participants exactly where they are.
