Retreat Highlights

  • Stay in Villa Rocca 1914 — a century-old Italian villa surrounded by olive groves, with vaulted ceilings, stone walls, and a panoramic view that makes time slow down.
  • Private chef & sommelier — every meal is a slow ritual of local Apulian cuisine, with over 100 bottles of regional wine carefully curated for tasting.
  • Designed for high performers who forgot how to rest — a soft landing for those living at full speed.
  • Zero performance pressure — no schedules, no sharing circles, no forced healing. You don’t have to talk about your inner child. You can, but please don’t feel obliged.
  • Optional morning gatherings — quiet presence, slow coffee, meaningful conversations if (and when) they happen.
  • Personal massage included — because you probably need it more than you admit.
  • A pool, jacuzzi, and 11,000 m² of private gardens — for unhurried mornings and unproductive afternoons.
  • Good company, not too much of it — 8–10 people max, carefully curated so silence feels comfortable and conversations flow easily.
  • Wine, not detox shots — this is a space to exhale, not to perform wellness.
  • Strategic rest for sharper clarity — step away, slow down, and let your best ideas catch up.

About this Retreat

Your Guides

Details of this retreat

If you’re hoping to heal through crystals, feather-whispering, or dancing in circles, this isn’t your retreat.
If you recover by slowing down—with good food, good wine, and real laughter—then you’re in the right place.
And if you love massages and champagne, consider this your invitation.

We believe in real recovery by regulating the nervous system, not hocus-pocus or forced mantras.

In order to achieve this we host five-day retreats for high performers who need a break that actually restores them—so they can return to real life with clarity, energy, and their edge back. No rituals, no pressure, no pretend enlightenment.

Welcome to The Reserve.

Schedule

We try our best to respect everyone's rhythm.
The actual schedule is revealed the day prior and is carefully curated based on the group dynamic and wishes.
Yet again, nothing is mandatory.

Morning — 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Wake without an alarm.
Breakfast served at your pace—fresh pastries, local honey, strong espresso.
Optional morning gathering: quiet presence, slow coffee, no agenda.

Midday — 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Curated experiences throughout the retreat:

Guided wine tastings with our sommelier
Local cheese & charcuterie pairings
Mindful walks through olive groves
Sauna sessions for deep relaxation

Light lunch served—antipasti, seasonal salads, wine if you wish.

Afternoon — 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Your 90-minute therapeutic massage. Real technique, real pressure, real relief.
Or unstructured time: pool, reading, napping, doing absolutely nothing.

Evening — 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Dinner by candlelight. Three courses, local wine.
Conversation that flows or silence that settles.
Evenings unfold naturally: stars on the terrace, early rest, late-night laughter.

Signature experiences during your stay:

Private wine cellar tastings
Apulian cheese & charcuterie pairings
Mindful walks through ancient olive groves
Curated food & wine pairing dinner
Professional massage therapy (90 minutes included per guest)

All experiences flow with the group's energy—never a fixed agenda.
The retreat adapts to you, not the other way around.
Note: Schedule is approximate and may change
