Retreat Highlights

  • Immerse yourself in a restorative week of rest and guided self-exploration. This retreat is designed to help you uncover the purpose behind your material goals and integrate conflicting parts that stop you from moving towards your goal. Surrounded by the tranquil rhythms of farm life and inspiring mountain landscapes, this retreat is a blend of guided sessions and time to reflect on your own.
  • The week begins with a coaching session to clarify a goal, moving through the different levels of neurology to align your goal with your beliefs, values, and purpose. We'll identify an inner conflict that prevents you from moving forward and gently integrate these conflicting parts. Next, we'll evaluate possible choices and identify the resources you need to move forward and take action. We'll end the week with a practical plan to integrate the insights into an actionable plan you can take home as a reminder of the commitments you identified.
  • At the end of the week, you'll walk away with a renewed sense of purpose, determination, and motivation to move towards your goal, as well as the practical tools to guide you. This week is just the start of a quest to create a life by design, not by the default patterns you've inherited from your ancestors.
  • No perfection required.
  • This retreat is for you if:
  • You're navigating a major transition in life and want to reset and recalibrate, and uniquely design your own life story.
  • You're successful by social standards but crave creative self-expression, community, and connection.
  • You’re seeking fresh inspiration to bring more curiosity, purpose, and joy into your life’s next chapter.
  • You feel stuck in a painful cycle you want to break free from.
  • You yearn for a deeper, more soulful connection with your partner.
  • You're searching for gentle conflict resolution tools that will allow you to create a more harmonious life.
  • A destination far away from the noise and close to nature.
  • Gain clarity and alignment with a more purpose-driven life.
  • Reconnect with yourself.
  • A place where you can care for yourself without distractions.
  • Walk away with a new perspective, renewed motivation, and a practical plan.

Schedule
Day 1: Arrive and settle in
Check-in anytime from 14.00pm and settle in.

We'll start off the journey in an introductory coaching session before dinner, establishing a baseline as well as identify the shift you hope to make during the program and what you want to walk away with.

Enjoy dinner either in the main lodge area or in the comfort of your room.

After dinner you will be guided to the outdoor hammock camp with Mlindeni, where you can enjoy views of the uninterrupted starry sky as you lay in a hammock, listening to African folk tales which has been passed on through multiple generations, giving you insight into the Zulu culture while reminding you of your connection to the stars and your ancestors.

Day 2: Uncovering purpose-aligned goals
We'll start the day with a mindful nature walk and add an energy and breathwork routine to get your energy flowing correctly and prepare your body for the energetic shift.

After breakfast we'll start with an outdoor (weather permitting) coaching session where you will be guided through a gentle process through all the levels of your neurology to uncover the why behind your particular goal for a purpose-aligned vision of a desired future you might have, whether it is a better relationship, a career focused goal, or simply gaining clarity as to what a happier life will look like for you.

After lunch you have some free time to process your insights and what came up during the session, before we'll go for a walk around the lodge enjoying the view and fresh air.

Day 3: Integrating conflicting parts
After our regular morning practice and breakfast you will receive a two and a half hour massage package in the comfort of your room.

After lunch we'll identify the inner conflict that keeps you from reaching your goal and integrate opposing parts in a coaching and connection session, creating more peace and harmony in your inner as well as outer life. The rest of the afternoon is free for you to relax, process the insights, and just relax.

Day 4: Obtaining the resources to move you forward
After the regular morning practice and breakfast we'll have another deep coaching session to evaluate options or choices and identifying all the resources needed to move you towards your goal. In this session, you'll be guided through two possible futures, evaluating which one is most aligned with your values, beliefs, and purpose. Once you've decided which metaphorical road to take, we'll identify the resources to help you gain the confidence to take the next step.

After lunch you have a day of leisure to use as you want.

Day 5: Preparing for the return
After our final morning practice and breakfast we'll have a practical wrap-up coaching session to evaluate your shift and put all your insights into an actionable plan you can take home to integrate all these changes into your daily life.

You can choose to have lunch at the lodge or head back home with a lunch pack.
