Korayem “Ray” Razik is the heart and soul of U-Dating. With over 25 years of coaching experience, an impressive career as an executive, and a profound personal transformation, he is now an internationally recognized expert in relationship intelligence.
His story is marked by intense highs and lows. Born in Egypt, Ray attended the German school in Cairo and later completed his engineering studies. With a scholarship, he moved to Europe, where he earned his MBA from the European School of Business.
His professional success as a sales manager and CEO at international companies such as Kärcher, Fronius, and Abicor Binzel was impressive, but his personal relationships told a different story.
The turning point
In his younger years, Ray led an intense dating life. He had numerous relationships – from models and actresses to celebrities and people from all walks of life. But these experiences were often characterized by superficiality and toxicity. He describes this period as a time when he lost himself in his head and his sexuality, without ever developing a genuine connection to his heart.
The real transformation began when a health crisis forced him to pause. A misdiagnosis about his heart led him to fundamentally re-evaluate his life. "My heart spoke up and said, 'Hey, I'm here.' That was the moment that changed everything," Ray recalls.
He began to explore topics such as tantra, emotional intelligence, healthy masculinity and femininity, and authentic relationships. Step by step, he developed his own relationship intelligence – the ability to harmonize gut feeling, heart, mind, and sexuality.
From player to mentor
This journey transformed him from someone trapped in toxic patterns into a mentor who inspires others. With more than 50 certifications in personal development, relationship dynamics, and coaching – from renowned institutions such as WIFI Austria, Vitalakademie Austria, Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and the Institute for Educational Coaching (Germany) – Ray now helps people build fulfilling relationships.
