Each day begins with gentle yoga to awaken the body and support circulation. Guests follow a structured detox routine that includes bentonite clay to bind toxins, herbal supplements to assist cleansing, and scheduled colonic enemas to support elimination. From Samui Airport (USM), the resort is 35–45 minutes by taxi, easily available outside the terminal.
If you arrive at Surat Thani Airport on the mainland, you will need a bus and boat transfer of about 4 hours, and flights arriving after 4 pm usually require an overnight stay there.
The easiest way to reach Koh Samui is by flying into USM from Bangkok with Bangkok Airways or Thai Airways. There are also direct flights from Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
You may also consider routes via Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Phuket, or flying with AirAsia to Surat Thani and connecting by bus and ferry. Buses and trains from the mainland are possible but can only be arranged once in Thailand.
