Details of this retreat
This retreat is designed for anyone who wants to experience natural movement, creativity, and somatic connection in one of the most breathtaking environments in Guatemala. Set at Earth Lodge—overlooking volcanoes and surrounded by nature—you’ll train, explore, breathe, and reconnect with your body on a deep level.
Movement First — The Core of the Retreat
Movement is at the heart of this experience. Throughout the week, you’ll explore a wide range of practices that build mobility, strength, freedom, and creative expression:
Primal Movement & Locomotion – rediscovering natural patterns that reconnect you to how the body is meant to move.
Creative Movement & Flow – exploring softness, transitions, plasticity, and your unique movement vocabulary.
Rope Flow Training – developing rhythm, coordination, upper-body mobility, and fluidity.
Handstand Foundations – learning alignment, control, balance, and playful inversions for all levels.
Floorwork & Soft Acrobatics – building adaptability, rolling, spiraling, and moving with ease across the floor.
Mobility & Strength – focused sessions to expand range of motion, joint control, and functional strength.
Every participant also receives a pre-retreat movement protocol to help you prepare and get the most out of the week.
Somatic Practices to Deepen Awareness

Pranayama & Breathwork
Somatic body-based exercises
Felt-sense awareness
Myofascial release sessions on select days

These practices balance the intensity of physical training and guide you into a deeper understanding of your body’s signals, sensations, and internal rhythms.
