With a master’s degree in exercise science, he blends scientific understanding with practical, experiential training. Omar’s approach focuses on developing strength, mobility, coordination, and freedom of movement through playful exploration, detailed technique, and natural movement patterns. His coaching is supportive, clear, and rooted in helping people expand their physical abilities while reconnecting to how the body is designed to move.
