If you are looking to EXPAND YOUR CREATIVITY, your EXPRESSION range, your SOCIAL SKILLS, your SPONTANEITY... This is a retreat for you!

Theatre, BODY MOVEMENT, LAUGHS, GAMES, CREATIVE COMPOSITION and magical nature views and surrounding.

We are gathering these two days, Friday 30 and Saturday 31 of January, in a special place in Sacred Valley to have a whole experience of reconnection with yourself.

Eric and I have a variety of theatre and creative background, that merges in A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE OF BODY AND CREATION EXPLORATION from the feeling of the present. It is not only to enjoy improvisation it is also A WAY TO LET GO OF YOUR EMOTIONS and UNDERSTAND YOURSELF BETTER.

Spontaneous creation from the feeling of the present moment through physical dynamics and interaction with others. We will create from what arises spontaneously, NAVIGATING EMOTIONS AND HONEST REACTIONS. We will have some clowning and meditation too.

The idea is to enter the process more deeply, so we will spend more than 24 hours together in the magical space of Samadhi.

We will also enjoy DELICIOUS MEALS prepared with love.

You DON'T NEED ANY EXPERIENCE, just your willing of joy and to express yourself in new ways.

This is A PLACE TO CONNECT, expand ourselves and learn from us and others.

The most important thing of the process is to truly listen to our inner sensations and others to be able to create in a flow.

The classes are bilingual, so they will be in Spanish and in English.

Eric y yo tenemos una variedad de experiencias en teatro y en trabajos creativos, que se unen en UNA EXPERIENCIA ÚNICA DE EXPLORACIÓN CORPORAL Y CREATIVA desde la sensación del presente. No es solo disfrutar la improvisación, es también UNA MANERA DE SOLTAR EMOCIONES y COMPRENDERTE MEJOR.

Creación espontánea desde el sentir del momento presente, a través de dinámicas físicas e interacción con otros. Crearemos desde lo que surge de forma natural, NAVEGANDO EMOCIONES Y REACCIONES HONESTAS. También incluiremos momentos de clown y meditación.

La idea es entrar más profundamente en el proceso, por eso estaremos juntxs más de 24 horas en el espacio mágico de Samadhi.

También disfrutaremos de COMIDAS DELICIOSAS preparadas con amor.

No NECESITAS NINGUNA EXPERIENCIA PREVIA, solo tus ganas de disfrutar y expresarte de maneras nuevas.

Lo más importante del proceso es escuchar verdaderamente nuestras sensaciones internas y a los otros para poder crear en flujo.
