Join us for a transformative Bufo & Breathwork Retreat in Bucay, Ecuador at Chakaruna 11:11, where sacred toad medicine meets conscious breathwork to support deep healing, integration, and personal growth. This retreat is designed to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, release, and expansion within a safe, supportive, and sacred environment.

Over the course of six days, you will:

-Participate in 1 Kambo ceremony and 3 Bufo (5-MeO-DMT) ceremonies, offering profound access to emotional, mental, and spiritual clarity.

-Engage in daily breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement, helping to prepare your body and integrate your experiences.

-Connect with nature, community, and yourself through guided integration circles, journaling, and mindful reflection.

-Enjoy intentional, nourishing meals prepared in-house by our private chef, designed to support your ceremonies and overall well-being.

Chakaruna 11:11 provides a serene, sacred space with hand-painted rooms, beautiful natural surroundings, and a ceremonial maloca, creating the perfect environment for deep transformation. Whether you are new to toad medicine or have prior experience, this retreat is thoughtfully structured to support your personal journey safely and effectively.

8:00 AM – Wake Up
A gentle start to the day with time for grounding and quiet reflection.

9:00 AM – Light Breakfast
Nourishing, simple meal to prepare the body.

10:00 AM – Morning Movement & Breathwork - Going right into medicine ceremony
Gentle stretching, mindful movement, and a guided breathwork session in the maloca.

12:30 PM – Lunch
Fresh, nourishing, plant-forward meal prepared on-site.

1:30 PM – Rest & Integration Time
Self-guided space for journaling, meditation, nature walks, or quiet reflection.

3:00 PM – Afternoon Integration Circle or Workshop
Group processing, sharing, or guided activities to support emotional and energetic integration.

4:30 PM – Personal Time
Rest, relaxation, tea, or continued integration.

6:30 PM – Dinner
A grounding communal meal to reconnect at the end of the day.

8:00 PM – Evening Ceremony or Meditation
This may include sound healing, breathwork, restorative practices, or guided inner work.
