About this Retreat
Ashley has been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching since 2014. Her practice began after undergoing chemotherapy for stage 3 Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Yoga and meditation strengthened her awareness and connection with her intuition which guided her to healing.
She is an ERYT 500 plus with Yoga Alliance International (YAIR) and continues to learn from her teachers in India. She is a life-long student and loves sharing what she's learned with others.
Originally from Texas, she has been living in Costa Rica for 10 years, embodying a healthy lifestyle and organic way of living. She loves multiple styles of yoga including but not limited to kundalini, hatha, vinyasa, power, yin, and restorative.
Kerri began her yoga journey in 2000 with an incredible teacher, an 83 year old man from Mauritius. Deeply inspired she fell in love with the medicine of yoga, went on to start sharing and guiding others in 2015. Currently 500 hour YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider) with deep passion for this lifelong journey of learning. She has assisted and been a guest teacher on other teacher trainings with Lotus Love Yoga and is excited to expand and collaborate more.
She birthed her son at home in Costa Rica and is so grateful to be part of this community. A wild multipassionista, Kerri is also a Chocolate witch and alchemist, Reiki Master & holistic therapist.

7:00 - 9:00 - Morning Yoga Practice- 10min morning pages journaling, Pranayama, Asana, & Meditation
9:00 - 9:30AM - BREAKFAST
9:30am - 1:00 (with 15 min break around 11am) - Lectures and interactive learning - Each day different subjects including Yoga philosophy, history, Anatomy & Physiology, esoteric anatomy, etc.
1:00 - 1:45 - LUNCH BREAK
1:45 - 6:00 (with 15 min break around 3:45pm) - Breaking down poses, alignment, teaching practice
6:00 - 7:00 - DINNER
7:00 - 8:30 - Reading, self study, informative videos/movies, discussions, conscious communication, journaling, vision board
9:00 - 9:30AM - BREAKFAST
