Your retreat is guided by Mina Mousavi, founder of Samsāra Yoga, a conscious wellness brand rooted in sustainability, mindful movement, and intentional living.
Mina began her yoga practice over 13 years ago, initially drawn to the physical practice and soon discovering yoga’s profound ability to calm the nervous system, create inner balance, and support deep transformation. In 2017, she attended her first yoga retreat—an experience that became a pivotal turning point in her life. Immersed in daily practice, nature, and community, she returned home with a renewed sense of clarity, purpose, and connection.
A few years later, Mina renewed her yoga teacher certification and pursued additional training in Yin Yoga, with a strong emphasis on nervous system regulation, stress relief, and deep rest. She is a Yoga Alliance–certified instructor and brings a thoughtful, accessible approach to her teaching, meeting students where they are and creating spaces that feel safe, grounding, and supportive.
In 2022, Mina founded Samsāra Yoga, an eco-friendly yoga brand focused on recycled materials and giving back to the planet through initiatives that help fund ocean clean-up efforts. Her work bridges sustainability and self-care, reminding students that personal healing and planetary healing are deeply connected.
Mina also incorporates sound healing into her classes, using vibration and frequency to support relaxation, emotional release, and deeper states of meditation. This element flows seamlessly into the retreat experience, enhancing the atmosphere of calm, presence, and restoration throughout the week.
Now, Mina is bringing together her devotion to yoga, her commitment to sustainability, and her love of travel to offer this retreat—an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and experience the kind of transformation that once changed her own path.
