About this Retreat

My name is Isha and for the last years I have been working on a project here in Costa Rica to help establish an integration center, a place to detox and come in harmony with oneself on a deeper level. We are offering a space for detox on all level and a place for you to immerse in nature.
My work and offer here is to help and assist you in your process in emotional support, and
awakening process through energy healing methods, meditation and self inquiry.
Through many years, I dived deep into yogic practices, dharma, psychoanalysis, dreamwork, thousands of
hours of meditation through many retreats. I am still continuing to be a student of
life and share what I have learnt with the community at large and those who feel the call to find a space to listen.

Details of this retreat
The retreat is intended to be focusing on the individual's personal healing and detox. The program is for someone who is looking for a space to take a pause for the body and mind and connect more with the inner being through a light detox program and through exploration of the inner world. A space created for reflection, meditation, healing & digital detoxing.
A mini detox and silent retreat with an option to do a private plant medicine session.
This is a personal retreat, suitable for single individual or 2 friends or a couple
What’s offered on the program?
Option to be on high raw food or combine with light juice fasting with the use of certified detox herbs
Energy cleansing practice
1:1 energy healing session (depending on the length of the stay)
1:1 de-armouring session (depending on the length of the stay)
Space for digital detox & optional noble silent for a deeper healing space
Support throughout the retreat
1 Preparation call before the retreat
1 Integration call after the retreat
Daily meditation
Nature & rivers
3 organic plant based high raw meals a day including juice, fruits and herbs
Farm Fruit orchard tour
Waterfall hike
Other wellness treatments such as bodywork, massage (not included but can be booked in advance)
Optional personal therapeutic plant medicine session for an additional cost
There might be options to choose to stay in a private natural home with own private bathroom, kitchen and living room space or in a small cozy tiny cabin with a deck with simple outdoor shower and compost toilet, all depending on the availability during the period

Directions
San jose airport which is about 3,5 hours away by car.
Quepo airport which is the national airport which is 1,5 hours away from the Center and it flies into san jose airport where you can catch the international flight
There are options to take the bus from San jose to San Isidro which takes about 4 hours and then you can take a taxi or uber to the center for about 40 min.
Shuttle from San jose airport to dominical which takes 3-3,5 hours and then take a taxi up to Diamante valley which takes 30 mins
We are also providing a taxi for airport pick up and drop off with a cost
Quepo airport which is the national airport which is 1,5 hours away from the Center and it flies into san jose airport where you can catch the international flight

The center and farm is located in the diamante valley, where the water flows. We are on a 10 hectare property with few cabins and houses. The center is also a functional farm where we have hectares of food forests and fruit trees. Promoting healthy lifestyle where there is a space for integration from medicine ceremony works and aswell as trauma internal work. The main building space is where we come and have meals, share presence and being in circle and meditations.
