🕉️ Yoga Philosophy (Darshana)

Explore the roots and essence of yoga through ancient wisdom. You’ll study the history and ethics of yoga, Indian culture, the concept of Kundalini, and the philosophical systems that form the spiritual foundation of yoga. This knowledge builds your inner strength and understanding as a true yogi.

🧘‍♀️ Dhyana (Meditation)

🌬️ Pranayama (Yogic Breathing)
