Details of this retreat
We are very lucky to host Gerit Stöcklmair, Austrian, in Denmark based, Insight Meditation teacher.
During our weekend together, we will meditatively explore the capacity of the body and mind for compassionate, balanced, and alive presence.
The weekend will take place in silence and will include guided and silent sitting and walking meditations, meditation instructions, Dharma talks, and time for questions.
Whether you’re new to meditation or continuing your spiritual path, this retreat provides a nurturing environment to explore timeless wisdom, cultivate inner calm, and reconnect with your authentic self.
Surrounded by nature and guided by an experienced teacher, you’ll be invited to rest in the stillness of the present moment and connect the depths of who you are.
The Instructions will be offered in English and/or German.
