Each day follows a gentle, clear rhythm — guided by silence, mindfulness, and presence.
The morning begins in silence with a 60–90 minute guided meditation before breakfast. Afterwards, there is a short spiritual reading or inspiration to deepen your practice and offer new insights. This is followed by gentle Hatha Yoga and mindful movement to connect body and mind and deepen the breath.
After the vegetarian lunch, there is plenty of space for rest, journaling, contemplation, or walks in nature.
In the afternoon, you’ll continue your practice with another meditation session, followed by half an hour of self-practice. After dinner, there is a daily question round (questions can be submitted in writing). The day closes with an evening meditation focused on a specific theme or intention.
This calm balance between structure and space creates the foundation for deep regeneration, clarity, and connection with yourself.
