About this Retreat
Your Guides
For the last several years, my world was built around the fast-paced life of a beverage co-founder and marketing director. I know the weight of 'carrying the bag,' the isolation of leadership, and the way the 'grind' can slowly erode your sense of community. When my business journey began to shift, I realized that the thing I was most hungry for wasn't more professional success—it was deeper, more authentic connection with other men who were asking the same big questions.
I created Here We Are because I believe men need more than just a happy hour; they need a container where they can be both rugged and real. My background is in brand-building, but my passion is in community-building. Whether we’re navigating a technical ski run at Sunday River or a difficult conversation around a fire, I’m dedicated to facilitating spaces where men can trade burnout for brotherhood and leave feeling more integrated than when they arrived.

Closest airport is Portland International Jetport, Boston Logan Airport is another option. A car will be required to get to the estate. Carpooling opportunities are available.
Accommodation
Luxurious sleeping arrangements include 25 beds across multiple suites: three family suites each with a private full bath; a king master suite with spa-style rain shower and slope views; a pool-view couple’s suite with full bath; and a dramatic three-story bunk room featuring five queen beds framed by a wall of windows and its own 1.5 baths. A quiet queen-bed basement nook provides a serene retreat for deep sleepers, complete with a private full bathroom.

The professional 3-chef kitchen is fully outfitted with Le Creuset cookware, curated spices, a Jura coffee bar, and a teppanyaki/pancake cooking station. Dine together at the custom 28-person table before unwinding in the movie room, featuring a 24-person sectional and a stone fireplace. Two expansive game rooms offer Golden Tee Golf, shuffle puck, two 8’ pool tables, classic arcade games, darts, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, a retro jukebox, video bowling, and a vibrant disco-lit barcade.
