About this Retreat
Ramesh is the Director of the Prama Wellness Center where lifestyle is considered our best medicine. Ramesh is also a writer, yogi and workshop leader. He studied yoga therapy in Nepal and India, Ayurveda at California College of Ayurveda and is a certified yoga detox therapist from the AM Wellness Center in Cebu, Philippines. He has taught workshops in many countries and is the author of four books, including Sacred Body, Sacred Spirit (InnerWorld) and Tantra: The Yoga of Love and Awakening (Hay House India).
Radhika Banu has been deeply inspired by the transformative power of sacred sounds since her childhood. As a certified sound meditation and wellness practitioner, she has had the privilege of studying under some of the most renowned teachers in the field. Her daily practice involves exploring and experimenting with sounds to unlock their spiritual, meditative, heart-opening, and healing qualities, fostering a profound journey of self-inquiry. In her native Singapore, Radhika has delved into the rich traditions of South Indian classical music and chanting, which have significantly influenced her approach to sound and spirituality. She has been a dedicated practitioner of yoga and meditation since 2001, further enriching her understanding of holistic well-being. Radhika holds both a 60-hour certification and a 400-hour Diploma in Rajadhiraja Yoga from AMYA, a state-certified yoga academy in Singapore. Currently, she is expanding her knowledge by studying Ayurveda, embodying her commitment to the healing arts and sciences as both a devoted teacher and student.

This gentle yet transformative experience combines a one-day juice fast with yoga, meditation, and workshops on making delicious, medicinal smoothies and cleansing juices.
Fresh juices and vegetable broth will be served on Saturday for the fasting day. Nutritional, organic raw and cooked meals will be served on Friday for dinner and Sunday for breakfast and lunch.
